One of the most popular routes, a trip to the historic city of Bath is a very good option for an easy weeklong hire or an active midweek break. On the way, the little picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon is a first highlight. Lots of independent shops, interesting eateries and plenty of pubs keep you entertained. Further along you meander through the gorgeous Bath Valley. Thick woods, open countryside, and Dundas and Avoncliff Aqueducts await. There is a handy pub just next to Avoncliff Aqueduct and a cafe at Dundas Aqueduct. Once in Bath, there is so much to do. Stroll along the Royal Crescent, climb up the Abbey Tower or simply marvel at the Georgian architecture. If you want to give the famous thermal waters of Bath a try, Thermae Bath Spa is the place to go to.
