A 64ft narrowboat, Lazy Fox is an excellent choice for a family or a group of friends. The semi-traditional rear deck provides ample seating space for 2-3 people while cruising along. This deck style is also very popular with pet owners, as the doors are lockable and turn the seating space into a fabulous pen for dogs.
The internal layout features 2 separate bedrooms, one can be made up into a double or 2 singles, the other one could be 3 singles or 1 double and a single bunk or 2 singles. The settee in the saloon can be made up into another double for the night, the small dinette into an additional single. This provides enough sleeping space for up to 8 people.
Lazy Fox is a fabulous boat for tackling the Caen Hill Lock Flight and an exploration further afield, such as Hungerford or Newbury. To the West, a gentle meander through the Bath Valley or a city trip to Bath could be great options.

Public Transport
The nearest mainline train station is in Chippenham, which is about 9miles from Lower Foxhangers. Chippenham is on the London Paddington to Bristol Line. We are about a 25-minute taxi ride from Chippenham Station. Other nearby stations are, Westbury, Trowbridge, and Pewsey.
National Express Bus is the cheapest way to get to Devizes from London. Once a day there is a 2hr direct coach ride from London Victoria & Heathrow which arrives in Devizes at 9.20pm and returns once a day from Devizes every day at 8.15pm.
